Privacy: referral agents and your details
If you arrive through a migration agent's referral link, the agent is a separate recipient of your personal information. LogiVisa does not share your name, email address, phone number or report with that agent unless you tick the consent box on the form, which names the agent. Ticking it is optional and you can buy and use your report without it.
If you consent, we store a record of it (the exact wording you saw, its version, the date and time, and a hashed network address) in an append-only log that is never edited or deleted. You can withdraw at any time using the link in your report email: the agent then stops seeing your details. A withdrawal does not undo anything the agent already saw while you had agreed, and the agent handles that information under their own professional and privacy obligations.
The agent may receive a commission if you buy a report; this is disclosed next to the consent box. Guide downloads and other lead-magnet sign-ups are not passed to agents. Questions or withdrawal requests: info@logivisa.com.
