Eligibility and Process
Core eligibility
- •Valid job offer from a designated employer in a participating community
- •At least 1 year (1,560 hours) of related work experience in the past 3 years
- •Approved language test proving language ability
- •Canadian educational credential or foreign equivalent
- •Proof of sufficient funds to support self and family
Application steps

- 2.Get a job offer - From a designated employer in one of the participating communities
- 3.Get a community recommendation - Employer sends recommendation application to the community; community verifies job is in priority sector, offer is genuine, and applicant meets pilot requirements
- 4.Apply for permanent residence - Online via PR Portal, after community recommendation received
- 5.After you apply - AOR issued, biometrics + medical exam requested
- 6.Settling in Canada
